Finalist Social Assets

Key Achievements: Successfully delivered 8,000+ tailored Instagram posts and stories to meet the project’s deadline. Demonstrated innovative thinking by integrating technology, using InDesign data merge, ensuring a smooth and effective execution of the design and production phases.

Team Integration: Facilitated seamless collaboration among design, editorial, and social teams to ensure a unified approach throughout the project.

Production Process Implementation: Took charge of implementing an efficient production process using project management software, optimizing workflows for timely and successful asset delivery.

Awards Show Slides

Just like with the social media content, I created over 1,200 slides for the awards show. Each category had its own intro slide, individual slides for every finalist, an overall finalist slide, a top 5 showcase, and, of course, the winner slide.

Beyond just making the slides, I organized them carefully to match the official show order and made sure to deliver them promptly to the production team. In addition to the slides, there were videos in the show plan, and I took charge of placing them in just the right spots.

Printed Yearbook

A 150-page yearbook featuring all Top 25 Big Shot, Top 25 Hot Shot and Top 100 finalist images. Each finalist received a copy at the event, with additional copies available for purchase.

This comprehensive yearbook seamlessly integrated client ads, with thorough pre-flight checks conducted for precision. Utilizing InDesign, I structured the project as a book file, employing data merge for efficient information import. Collaborating closely with our print vendor, I oversaw the entire production process, including reviewing and approving proofs. Strategic planning ensured timely and precise delivery logistics.

Event Collateral

For the Top 25 and Top 100 attendees, a tailored experience began with the creation of custom badges. Collaborating with the badge vendor, I ensured the design met precise specifications, guaranteeing a smooth process from conception to delivery.

Extending this attention to detail, custom wristbands and tickets were meticulously designed to elevate the overall event experience. Working in close coordination with vendors, I ensured that each element adhered to specifications for accurate production and timely delivery.

Finalist Galleries

I led the creation of 43 large foam-core signs for our Top 25 and Top 100 galleries. Working closely with the vendor and hotel staff, we made sure the space was just right for custom walls. During installation, I worked hand-in-hand with the vendor to ensure each sign was in the perfect spot and that they flowed nicely for a great visual story.

Digital Event Marketing

Leading our digital marketing strategy, I concentrated on designing emails and social media posts that seamlessly built anticipation for our upcoming event. Each email became a visual journey, precisely conveying event details, special announcements, and countdowns. Meticulous planning ensured that every piece contributed harmoniously, creating an engaging digital narrative. This approach aimed not just to inform but to immerse our audience in the unfolding excitement, setting the stage for an unforgettable event.
